About us
Seymour Art Gallery, established 1985, is a non-profit public gallery in the heart of Deep Cove, North Vancouver. We acknowledge, with respect, that the Seymour Art Gallery stands on the traditional, unceded territory of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and Sel̓íl̓witulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.
The only public art gallery in the District of North Vancouver.
We foster a welcoming environment that offers engaging exhibitions and programming that are respected and valued. The Seymour Art Gallery presents creative programs that offer rich and varied opportunities for inspiration and learning. We are committed to achieving excellence through insight, vision, and forward direction.
Along with a busy exhibition schedule, we present performance events, artist demonstrations, interactive art making, and events for children. The gallery also plays an educational role by organizing programs for schools and free activities for the public in conjunction with our exhibitions.

Exhibitions, Programs, and Events
As a Seymour Art Gallery Sponsor, you are a valued member of the local arts community in North Vancouver. Our exhibition and event schedule, which focuses on community enrichment and local programming, is professional and ambitious. An educational program component accompanies every exhibition; a workshop, demonstration, or lecture by the artist or curator. As with our exhibitions, these special events are open to the public, and admission is free of charge.
As a non-profit community gallery with a dedicated exhibition space, we can offer the public visual art experiences that are not possible in other private galleries and display spaces. We strive to offer a unique experience that encourages community discussion and engagement through our exhibitions, programs, and events.

Corporate Membership Tiers
$2,500
This level of support allows us to deliver two week-long summer camps for young people including instructor fees, art materials, and costs associated with a mini exhibition reception on the last day of camp
$1,000
This level of support covers the cost of school workshop materials, delivered to students in the North Vancouver School District, for one year
$500
This level of support covers the cost of all materials for 200 take-home art project packages for young people, available by donation
$250
This level of support covers the expenses of a free workshop for kids or families, delivered in-person at the gallery by a local artist

Corporate Membership
Three year commitment
By becoming a Corporate Member, you are supporting our efforts to cultivate appreciation for the arts through our many programs. While some of our programs have a small fee for participants, over 95% of programming is offered to the public free of charge. We are dedicated to fostering a welcoming and enriching environment, and to engaging, challenging, and inspiring our audiences.
Corporate Memberships are available in a tiered donation subscription, so businesses of all sizes can demonstrate their support of the vibrant arts community on the North Shore. All Corporate Memberships come with a charitable tax receipt for the full amount of the donation.

When you donate to the Seymour Art Gallery, you directly contribute to Seymour Art Gallery’s operations and our free community programming. Each year, more than one thousand visitors benefit from our free programming including artist talks, performances, workshops for families, programs for seniors, artist demonstrations and more.
